Consultation: A thorough one-to-one consultation and scalp analysis using the microscopic scalp analyser to understand your scalp needs and to set the treatment goals.

Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage: The oil is worked into your scalp using ancient massage techniques, easing tension and boosting circulation. The massage will soothe your upper-body tension.
Custom Oil Blend Application: We begin by applying a personalized oil blend directly to your scalp, tailored to your hair and scalp needs.
Waterfall Rinse: Our soothing waterfall shower gently rinses the oil through your hair, preparing your scalp for the next phase.
Targeted Scalp Shampoo: A nourishing cleanses using organic shampoos tailored to your scalp and hair condition.
Hair & Scalp Mask Application: A luxurious mask treatment is applied to deeply hydrate the hair and calm the scalp, enhancing softness and shine.
Massage: A second massage to help boost blood circulation into the scalp.
Final Waterfall Rinse: We rinse the hair mask out gently using our signature waterfall system, ensuring all products are removed.
Towel Dry & Self-Styling Option: While still lying down, we towel dry your hair. You’re welcome to use our styling station to blow-dry and finish your look post-treatment.
Scalp Analysis: We will use microscopic scalp analyser again to compare before and after results.

If you’re in your first trimester or have a history of complications, we recommend postponing treatment until after birth.

120 Minutes: Includes all Japanese Head Spa Steps + Facial
No, unfortunately, we cannot perform this treatment on anyone with hair extensions or braids or anything that restricts access to the scalp.

No, Japanese Head Spa does not affect your hair colour; we only use organic product for this treatment. The shampoo and conditioners used are tailored to each hair type and scalp concerns.
